this is simply rich people with nothing to do. teaching a cat to eat with fork, spoon and chopsticks?! and still buying "the most expensive food on the market"?
in the end she says the cat wants to meet famos people. like, how does she know?
i'd like to hope this was a fake but seeing the cat actually eating with fork etc. i dont rly think there could be a chance.

This lady obviously has way to much time on her hands and is definitly cuckoo, I am suspicious on her methods as it obviously looks like she has used elastic bands are some other device so the fork/chopstick stays in place, But I feel she did teach the cat to scoop with its paw and taped/elastic banded the eating device onto the cats paw.
Poor Lady is lost without her naging kids.

Completely nuts!!
I understand she would teach her kids the manners to eat properly
But when i see animals forced to do something against nature then it's too much.
As a cat's revenge I would try to teach her fall like cats, i'd start with a 20 metres high tree

the reason the last part annoyed is because i think the woman in some strange disillusioned fantasy thinks that by saying that her cats wants to meet those people, that she will. she probably thinks her cat is going to be the biggest thing since sliced bread.

Thats 1 way of trying to get on Oprah.
I feel sorry for the cat especially having to "wash" before dinner. Having a fork/spoon/chopsticks strapped to your extremities seems annoying too.
Cats are very clean and think they are people so this comes as no surprise to me.19

Think Bill should put the cat in a cattery so it can get a real owner and then stick a 12bore in his wifes mouth und pull the trigger 
Not only is she goofy she must be able to talk to cats to know who the moggie wants to meet.
