Japan taps into recycled phones for Olympic medals

Olympic organisers are soon expected to unveil their plan to be the first games to award medals made entirely from recycled materials.

At the end it'll cost more to pay for the labor to extract those metals than the metal is worth.

The way they are going through them, suggests that some of them have more precious metals in them than others. I wonder how many of those those phones are not recycled at all?
