#12 i said it right in the #1 post; it's a British TV serie called "coupling".
This is Season 2 Episode 1 : The Man with Two Legs.
In the end of the episode she gives him the key to her apartment and says she'll be waiting for him there with another friend of hers who is an underwear model and has a ton of underwear "ensembles" for the both of them to try out.
He then rushes to his friends new boyfriend (that she was passing off as a doctor, but who was in fact a butcher) and asks the guy how much he wants to cut his leg off.

PS: this is just a short version, but it's actually a lot more complicated; let's just say the girl on the train also has a brother who has lost a leg and she has a surprise get-together.
