KIKA is a german TV Channel. It stands for "KInder KAnal" which means Children's Channel. The show this short clip is out of is called "the little elephant".

#10: Kinder is the german word for Children. Kanal is the german word for canal. It's got as much to do with "anal" as the Panama Canal.
