Yeh.. I don't if this makes me bad as a person but I thought it was also kind of funny >:)

Wouldn't do it myself though.. Where I live people don't tend to have such a self-sacrificing sense of humor :D

I can't tell you how many times I have thought about putting a train horn under the hood of my car. Not so much to do this kind of pranking, but just to really let the schmoe in front of me riding the brakes in the fast lane at 10 under the limit to GET THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY.
