They have done this before.
If you'r dad lived in Philippines, maybe he forgot to mention that Philippines has huge tv expand through out the country.

I think if I was in prison I'd want to be part of something like this.. at least some form of music and dancing. Better than nothing eh.

When not sitting around waiting, the prisoners do mass exercises in the yard. All 900 of them. Garcia had them do the “YMCA” for my amusement. It was incredibly depressing. He posted the video on YouTube under his real name.

Michael Jackson is one of the BEST musicians EVER. It's awesome that they made a tribute for him. He definitely deserves it.
