It isn't part of a movie.There are 2 actors that make comedy sketches on new years eve.
Pretty funny if you can understand without subtitles because somethings were falsely translated.
If you want to watch more put "tujurikkuja" on youtube but its probably without subtitles.

Lay off #(removed comment), it's meant to be satire, not historic reenactment.
It was funny for the first couple of mistakes, then he really should have stopped shooting and waited for the 'boss' to come out, then shoot him. I think that would have made it a lot more funny.
