I'm sorry, but I don't feel sorry for people who text while driving. I feel sorry for those who become victims of these texters.

Everyone of those have the same problem. It's not really texting. It's having to do something all the time. Some people have laptops in the cars, I am a "display addict". I love to have displays around me, I watch TV with a laptop and a mobile in front of me. I must try to keep that behaviour out of the car. To be honest I have texted several times in the car.

Sorry but I think there is something wrong with people like this, I have shown videos like this one to texting and phone addicts yet they continue with their bad habits some of them actually laugh stating that they're not stupid like the ones that crashed their cars...how many videos of accidents while drunk have you watched, have them changed dramatically the statistics? obviously something different has to be done.

Very powerful. In reality though videos like this one might make a few people stop and think but overall there are far too many idiots still out there who will continue to endanger other peoples lives whilst behind the wheel...sad but true.

at #10 I think you are missing the point, there will always be stupid people, who don't care. This is not ment to solve the whole problem, they make these videos to make people aware of the danger... and if this saves only 10 lives, it was worth it.

People are idiots, why do you want to text while driving when your phone has a speaker phone?
Same applies for all you retards that eat, put on makeup, shave, un/dress, read, and have the stereo at 100db while driving.
I hate you people, I would say that you should continue your idiotic behavior until you improve the gene pool with your demise, but you will probably take a few other people with you in the process.

it is too bad that there are to many people who don't see video's like this. i think it should be shown at the driving lessons.

Believe it or not, Smoking, Cell Phone, Texting accidents are now more common than under the influence accidents.

This video has been done to make people think twice next time they'll feel the urge to text while driving.
For once it's not wrapped in over-dramatic music and slow-motions. Just simple, honest testimonies of people whose lives have been changed for ever.

You have to make a campaign to make people realise that texting while driving is insanely stupid?? If people text while driving then no campaing will help as they already are brain dead!
Talking while driving is also bad but at least you can look at the road, i can't imagine taking my eyes off the road just to read/write damn message!!
It is darwin law at work and it should stay that way!

You've got a point #19. I drive a lot and never I've texted in my car or took my eyes off the road for anything. It's just common sense. You're dealing with tons of metal launch at 100+ km/h. That's insane kinetic force. I mean, you learn how much distance you need to make a full stop drive at X km/h or mph. Can't you firgure out that driving fast is dangerous ?
But you need those kind of campain for the people who don't think twice about text/drink/sleep and driving. So they don't kill us when they loose control of their vehicule.
And btw, the first girl got killed because she was texting AND didn't put her seat belt on. Yeah that's sad for her familly and all but CMON !

Thats why it is illegal to even grab your phone while driving in Germany. But many people still do...

It's just unimaginable to see what these people are going through. Believing you were the cause for a crash or seeing this on a regular basis as a job, it's nothing which will just pass away the next day.
R.I.P. All those who have died in car collisions.
Be safe everyone, don't text or call in the car and always pay attention!

I worry for my daughter. She is about to start driving. Her record for messages sent and received combined is 27,000 in one month. She will be watching this video!!!

I've been going through one of the hardest times in my life lately and it's because of something like this. Last friday night i dropped two of my best mates at one of their places after we'd been to a bbq and had some beers. They took one of their bikes, a yamaha R1 for a cruise, and were both involved in an accident in which their poor judgement (and fcuking stupidity 
)resulted in them speeding over a crest on this road and they went air borne and lost control. I got a call the next morning telling me the rider, is in critical condition in hospital and my best mate, couldnt be revived at the scene. I cant forgive myself for letting them get on the fucking bike.
A lot of people see these ads aimed at this and similar issues and blow them off. They're there for a reason, listen to them. I had my whole world shattered and everybody i know has stopped taking life for granted. These things DO happen.

If you wanna text & drive, please use an iPad. Because iPad is made for those who are looking for convenience, a light-weight design, and flexibility.

My thoughts exactly. No way she would have flown out of the car if she had buckled up.
On a side note, many people die as they get run over by their own cars in an accident. Just because they didn't care to use a seatbelt. So much unnecessary suffering...

I wish that in my country people make this kind of videos, because this problem is more and more frequent. Last year was the record year for number of car accidents.
