that's all bullshit, noone should be just given a sobriety test use the breathalyser and call it a day.
this guy doesn\t really deserve all the ridiculous footage released. it is however entertaining, he says "I would challenge passed out" and then he's liek "What's like a number that would get you very concerned?" hahahahha I kinda wish i could be there and said well sir above the legal limit would get us concerned for your and other people's safety, above a .20 and we'd be concerned you need help with you alcohol problem.
and it sounds like he makes that shit up about a balance problem at the very end funny shit
