What if it lands on the side? Hopefully they got that sorted out or it will just spin around in a circle.

#5 (i) according to some sites on the web, it uses a single co2 powered piston at the rear to launch itself, then it uses a gyroscopic stabilization system that helps it control how it lands. the two black levers are for controlling angle i suppose.

Hmm, probably shouldn't use tires but balls or you could have it land unluckily on its side.
