One, the kids knew exactly what they were doing. Two, I have no doubt they have had run in's with this "DUDE" before.
That being said, this Officer was totally out of control. If this video is real, this officer would find himself on some unpaid time off. No matter what, an officer is to "Serve and Protect", if he has a problem with the kids, he is to be professional and go by the book. Doing "scare tactics" just no longer work on todays kids.
I do agree with one comment the officer made, he is "not a dude nor man". Perhaps he should move to San Francisco, and he might fit in more.
And if this is the "uniform of the day" for his department, I would fire whomever approved it. Makes them look like a redneck with their shorts pulled up to their armpits. And as heavy as this officer is, he rather looks like an over done boiled egg.
