@ #32 I believe the country is called Palestine.
@ Everyone else : I can see how some may find this video offensive. Not only Palestinians, but possibly Americans who have lost loved ones in this POINTLESS war, via suicide bombing.
But we should keep in mind:
A: This is a clip from a CARTOON... On a major Television network.
B: This show usually aims to make people laugh (but on some subconscious level, I think they intend to use "comedy" to get people talking about the issues.
C: Anything, ANYONE, says or posts on the internet; whether its a video, song, or blog... etc. IS most likely NOT going to change the world. If you want to change the world... try a google search on how to do so. I'm sure you'll find a treasure trove of knowledge.
I, personally am not offended by family guy, or any other cartoon. OR any other FICTIONAL work. However I can be offended by the news, events that are actually going on in this world... I don't turn a blind eye to it, But to allow FICTIONAL works to upset you is just... lunacy.
If you don't like a show, or post... don't watch it. Its that simple. And if you want to have a good CRY over the injustices of the artistic community... I think CVS is still open 24 hours, and I know 7-11 is. You can take a ride, and buy a box or two of tissues.
