Poor planning of the route. Sometimes, I do think the cops do show off while leading the convoy. Thankfully, he was wearing protection, esp at 0:02

Good example that helmets are usefull..this would have been a mess without one. But thats some harsh speedbump too..all other drivers do a small jump too and they are not fast..or maybe they should check their suspension =)
