I would agree in the energy efficient and air conduction part since they have large windows to let the sunlight and air flow in. But i don't quite agree the withstanding Earthquake of magnitude 9 part. The assembly looked really fragile to me.

well there is a big difference this building has only "erected" in 15 days , the real building of it began when they started with the contruction of the prefabricated parts .. much earlier...
