I'm amazed by people who want to own wild animals other than orphaned. They have absolutely no respect for wildlife. With the number and variety of pets available why would you own a wild animal other then if you have real identity problems and need attention from others.

Let me make this clear, that in this video the animal is in a center for foxes that have been either hurt or are sick.

#4 Every domesticated animal species on the planet came from a wild ancestor. Obviously. Can you think of any cogent reason why we should prevent new domestication, on any scale, for any animal which isn't endangered in the wild?

Foxes aren't dogs. If a dogs tail was in that position #(removed comment) would have been right. A dog wouldn't wave its tail if he was in fear, though.

I have no clue, what you want to tell me, Chuchesaku.

And yes, I have seen scared foxes. Lowered head and fleeing after a second.

#4 yes, off the top of my head three that I can think of: giant pythons, anacondas and boa constrictors in the Florida Everglades and other exotic pets [wildlife] that loving owners have released into the wild. Most die because they don't know or remember how to survive in the wild after they stop being cute pets.

The votes prove my point and it would be better if people would adopt a domesticated animal in need of a home.
