I am really sad for the driver coming upfront, he had nothing to do with this. The red car driver is just another asshole driving too fast while its raining + in a turn, I hope his license suffered a massive explosion too.
.. never mind the license, I hope they're all okay
It's a part of the human condition, I guess, to constantly overestimate ones abilities..

Driving that extra 5km/h (or it's equivalent in mph) to get there 2 minutes earlier can end up not getting you there at all...
There are so many roads like that here in Poland where people are constantly overtaking. It's just madness. Yeah the red car was going too fast but it's constantly bobbing in and out waiting for a chance to overtake that made him lose control. Hopefully the other driver wasn't hurt. Couldn't give a shit about the driver of the red car.
I hope everyone's fine!
I recently saw the new Tesla Model S and since then I can't help but to see "regular cars" as these dinosaurs with gigantic bricks in the front making handling dangerous and in the event of a crash, pushing said bricks into the driver's chest (with a chance for an explosion, apparently)...
#6 you either have these "gigantic bricks" engines in car which to be honest rarely explode like they do in this footage or you have the electric cars which still have engines in the front but also contains toxic materials within the batteries powering them. I think I'd take a normal car anyday
#9 Lithium ion batteries do not contain toxic materials. Such materials can be formed if they burn up, but that's true of any car.
#9 What #10 said and the engine is a comparably tiny thing in the back that doesn't destroy the center of gravity and makes the car lose control and swing like the one in the video.

The problem is that the car is front wheel drive which is way harder to recover from spinning than a rear wheel drive ... buy a bmw instead or any other rwd car plus use common sense get proper tyres and REDUCE THE SPEED GENIUS ...

#3 how can you overestimate a ford fiesta`s capabilities, on that kinda weather?? that`s just stupidity. sorry for them both.
#10 that is true but those batteries tend to burn extremely hot and fast when they are damaged and the insides exposed to oxygen. Take a look at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fG_UuPmLO1c That battery was only pinched it a vice, a car accident would cause much more damage to the housing.

Jesus
Reminds me of a similar crash I had, just started drifting, over-corrected and ended up spinning 360 bouncing from side to side of the motorway.... fucking scary!! (Ok my engine didnt blow up like that.. but still!)
