The Country is so corrupted that most aids from international communities were withheld by the local officials and sold to make a profit from the poor. I am surprised that this guy wasn't robbed or seized upon or before reaching his destination. I am not making this up. If you have followed the news, the UN or foreign relief workers barred locals from distributing goods aftermath of the typhoon. :(
