Ok this is too much (There are some important training points in here)

1: You are not the mummy and daddy (Do I need to say that?)- Dogs are not toys do not take the piss.

2: They need an alpha male to have authority. You are not giving even attention to the dogs. They do not have a counter that you are stroking off too. Keep them at the same height and give them equal attention within a 10's of seconds

3: The "vocal" dog is confused because of your lack of dog protocol. It is not funny that he is making noise it is his confusion and dismissal from the pack.

4: Don't stroke your dogs nether regions (did I need to say that too !!!!!!)
