No s..t sherlock.."..they did not know how to properly take care of the cat..".I don't buy the assumption that she overate on her own. I know I'll be down voted for this comment..very kind of the ladies to care for her though.

#1 So you think she was force-fed to purposely make her obese? How did you come to that conclusion? If the cat was left on her own with tasty food available round the clock she just might have done this on her own. That would be more believable.

#2 for a house pet to get that fat it needs the human factor and that what this cat had. There are lots of morons out there who are so ignorant when comes to pet health issues and they overfeed them.
