#1 We don't have heath executives here...but I could see you guys in the UK have that since that is also a characteristic of the British countryside, where most likely they originated from...maybe you could elaborate a bit on that, JJ ;) >:)

#3 You're probably right, although women do that too...not taking risks with ladders though..seen too many really severe injuries from falls from ladders.
