#5 we have a voting system, but sometimes it fails. Not all of us have to approve a video for it to get on Snotr. I don't process them unless they have at least 3 or 4 positve votes. We have some videos that have been in limbo for a long time because they have a "0" rating, meaning that they have the same # of neg. votes as pos. votes.
Apparently a few other mods thought this was worthy or someone jumped the gun. I think it would be the later of the 2.
