I don't think it a real thing 'cause this answering message has been a known prank for quite a time already (since august 2006 as far as I know)... in french

This is not an "actual message from a school in Australia"- it isn't even an Australian accent.

I hate it that school can't punish kids anymore because they are afraid of the parents.

Obviously the person who typed the dialogue was one of the failing children - so many spelling mistakes and words thrown in that are not actually said in the message!
