These monkeys sure know their tools! They know how to use them better than the people who built the Leaning Tower of Pisa!!! ![]()

Great great.... great grandpa'
did just like he did
Some birds pick up snails in their beaks, fly up fairly high in the air, and drop them to crack open the shell. Ive also seen two squirrels working together to gather a far greater ammount of nuts than one could alone. One threw the nuts down to the other who lay on his back and piled them up on his stomach. the first squirrel then dragged the second along by the tail using him as a sort of wheelbarrow. When it comes to food, a lot of animals can become very smart. Its always awesome to behold.

Here we see the Monkey going to extreme measures just to bust a nut! ![]()
Crows are even smarter creatures, some guy once lock a few in a cage and then release ina given time of the day, after weeks of doing the same, he notice that a few locks were missing, so he record the cages to know where the locks have gone... he notice than the crows once free start to take out the locks of the cages and they start to hide the locks somewhere else...

David Attenborough should be given a Nobel prize for his services to education, except there isn't such a prize. Come on 'Nobel Committee' It's time to make a prize for this. Ifthey can give out a so called Peace Prize for a black guy becoming US President and a former Vice President for espounding the so-called 'Truth' about global warming then they can give a prize every year to the unsung heroes out there who inspire others!! First would be David (Unfortunately dead people don't count so sorry Carl (Sagan ;-( )

If you want to see monkeys using tools, just watch George Bush while he does home renovations.

I would like to leave a saw, hammer and nails out there with a time-lapse camera and see what they will build!
#7 u should have caught that on video and put it on snotr. but I doubt that actually happened. darwinism at it's best, got love national geographic
i dont see why we have to be so surprised about animal intelligence, just because theyre not a humanoid doesnt mean they arent capable of knowing how to eat a nut, crows drop nuts from traffic lights for the cars to run them over, spiders make webs to catch prey, its all the same, just because this monkey decided to use a rock and a flat surface above the ground doesnt mean we should think monkies are all the sudden intelligent.
