But, why policeman and oldman speak chinese? why?

Let us pay attention to the fact, there are no fat people in North Korea except the leader of state.....

#13 Your claim is true ofc but you are being a smartass ;) you can still say someone speaks chinese as long as the person you are referring to is using one of the chinese language therefore there are people speaking.. chinese! the various dialects and mutually unintelligible languages are summarized as chinese languages.
