Aircraft Loses Wing, Lands Safely (Under Canopy)
The wing of a Rans S-9 Chaos piloted by 22-year-old Dino Moline broke off during an air show routine in Argentina, Sunday. Because it was equipped with a Ballistic Recovery Systems (BRS) full-plane parachute system, the pilot survived uninjured.

At first i tought the pilot got out of the plane when the wing broke off. But it is actualy the whole plane that is haning on the parachute. I tought the pilot got tangled up with the plane and the parachute at first. Nice system...They should apply that to commercial airplanes like the 737 or 747 or a380!!! . But i doubt if it's possible

lol Can you imagine a normal passenger air plane with ballistic seats? It would mean that they would need to modify the roof to shoot out 200 seats of passengers or more depending on the airplane passenger capacity.
