While the process is impressive and the jobs related arent to be dismissed, this costs giant amount of fuel! think how small the uk is and they already need a shitload of gas to deliver a postcard. electronic mail should take over one day.. maybe in a more charming fashion than today

ahhhh 1:58 "Cardiff" so thats where my mail is sorted, shame it takes 3 days for a dvd size parcel though, tell you what though, the shit would hit the fan if that system had a power failure (yeah they probably have a backup power supply but what if that failed too :P)

Unfortunately instant mail (SMS, IM, Email..etc) and gas prices are ruining the snail mail industry forcing dramatic downsizing. :< There's hundreds of thousands employees that will lose their jobs in the future.

#13 they are already losing jobs. my friend lost his job because his job got replaced by a robot that does his job about 10 times faster than him and gets more productivity done too..future is looking dim for the others especially with all this technology :S

Yea, e-mail is better option and sometimes we can even cancel already sent email....! I like G-mail.... a LOTTT!
