#7 no because 95% of the time they arent. in some cases they get dubbed but usually not imagine the work necessary to do that lol.
btw if you like this, make sure you are aware of how the lightsaber sound came to be

I never know that!... that is the perfect job! ![]()
#8 @C0mmanderKeen; That's not true, almost everything is recorded afterwards. And then i'm talking about professional movies, and not about series like 'As the world turns' ![]()
TBH good sound effects make me enjoy an action movie more than other aspects. It's just something about the sound making you feel like you are there in the action.
The first thing that came to my mind was the beating of two empty coconut halves together.
Monty Python was great.

Do any of you remember that one kid in your class at school that was so funny? Very disruptive, but so entertaining. You know the kid I'm talking about, the one that could make a lot of different noises, and at just the right moment to get a big laugh from everyone except the teacher. This is what that kid does for a living now.
#18 i remembered the same think while watching lol i wonder if the porn movies also has sound effects like that ![]()
I used to think how far away sounds are so clearer in movies, but I thought it was the work of mics attached to the cameras used
