That guy has some sick spacial awareness and control, did you see how fucking close the back rotor was to that wall behind it? What a guy!
#3 *such
you had me thinking for few seconds, suck... the air down to lift that 33000 pounds beast? you probably meant SUCH.
Amazing helipilot skills. You know that he's responsible not only for his life but the others. Great video...

You mean troop "retrieval" not troop
extraction
.
Damn.... I wonder if they have some sort of assistance with some sort of automatic guidance systems that do it all automatically? Does anyone here know how they do it?

Yes the guy on the Tail is the Crewman, and he is talking to the Crew up-front who have to trust his judgment without question, thats why it takes 2 years to train rearcrew and countless opertational talk ones, well done boys nice RIP, Get the specials in and out. Stay safe heads down.
I know that takes amazing skill to perform that manoeuvre, but what took him so long? That's just an RPG target - the longer he is there, the more chance they all get blown up.

Wow u all are really easily impressed. Mostly just hovering in 1 spot.
I probably could do that in less than 200h of Chinook experience.
* 40-80h getting the hang of the controls.
* 40h simple a to b flying.
* rest not sure how much to practice hovering with assistance at the rear.
