That was less clean and more Jerk,
lucky he didnt roll more onto his side as he fell, it would have smashed his pelvis.
If you think this is bad, then you should see that guy who failed at the Olympic, the weights fell on his arm and crushed it you can see the bone >.<
Bad technique, He should've separated his feet a little on the jerk. Without that he leaned back to far, put all the weight on his heels, and he fell backwards.
