Alligator In The Sewer

Mississippi. sewer men were called to check a pipe and were surprised at what they found. apparently it entered the system via an outlet somewhere that had a broken grille. It bit through the cable thus breaking the tv connection.

I heard somewhere that Alligators don't have a "reverse gear", meaning they can only go forward unless they get to a place where they have enough room to do a 180 degree turn.

Can anyone confirm?

Correct, Alligators cannot move backwards. With a jaw like that I guess they never had to.
