nope, not a sport. Are there any rules? scoring? I think it needs these two things to be any more than a fun game.

Besides the chair, the next most important piece of "equipment" used in this sport would be the remote control.

Whoever thinks this is not a sport, you're wrong, It can be judged just like Skateboarding. It's pretty much the same thing in a different aspect.

its just like zippo tricks. a lot of moves to reach a ordinary result: fire, or in this case, sitting down. however the hocker does not fit in your pocket

#4 You might be right but i have to say that whoever invented it was a genious. I mean it is easy, simple and cool. And you can always take it to the next level.

pretty sure it's berlin. The museum at 1:59 is quite famous amongst architects, as it only has outer walls and no element in the center is holding the roof. For a building of such size that's something special apparently.
Their homepage isn't too shabby either, http://www.sporthocker.com/ , but to be honest i'll stick to the more classical techniques and the high end models, made out of comfy leather.
