:O That is a press... Super heated metal is pressed through a dye and makes a continues tubing or rail! It is very hot and very dangers work ! I have worked with Lennex making copper tubing... but this looks more like steel !

#11 is correct, This is a rolling mill accident, obviously the metal jammed in the mill causing the rest of the bar to fold and loop outside of the machine.

It's a company called Celsa Steel Service...

They make steel cables and other steel stuff. Probably rails too. So yes, it's steel. Or maybe a new product that might just be a lightsaber :)
