That's Russell Peters. Very very good comedian. His jokes are mainly observational jokes, especially cultural/ethnical ones. Hilarious and very cleverly put together with impeccable timing and delivery.

I have a technique for getting my 15 minuets from my wife, in fact, I usually get much more time. It works like this,
