Is this common practice in italy? racing onto a crossing with ones scooter/bike (or whatever it's called) without watching and then yell at car driver for ramming you ? The man that got hit was clearly as blind as a bat.......
Poor car........

That's a really tiny car. It's so small a pedestrian could almost hit it back.

He's shouting stupid while he is driving a bike in shorts with not one bit of leather in site ....I would have actually laugh'd if he lost both his legs.
Also he was asking for it as it plainly looks like he drove straight on to a intersection with out even looking and then blames the car driver , while im usually moaning about bad car drivers while out on the bike this car clearly had right of way.
Ps Did he even have a helmet on ? Looked like he thought it might damage his manly long hair that he had from the 70's

#9 A Toyota? That explains everything. Look Toyota's history of drive by wire throttle malfunctions and ABS brake failures, but that's okay, you just keep comforting yourself with what Americans "don't" know, okay pal?

@15...If a car hit you, no leather could ever protect you and clearly not all countries' intersections apply the same rule and the same design, moreover the argument seem to be whose green and red light applied at that moment.
If you see the full clip 3 years ago from link posted by @11 dushan, you will clearly see cars are moving in both side of the carriageway in full traffic after the accident, which mean traffic light clearly applied.
As for the helmet, many countries don't really enforce this rule/law, that's the problem for the traffic police, not wearing a helmet isn't an excuse that i'm in the wrong if your vehicle hit me no matter who's at fault...It just make claiming insurance a void that's all, the same as in operating a vehicle without lisence...Like in Thailand and most developing countries...
