This guy is not normal, whoever reacts like that is expressing uncontrollable fear. The same story why small dogs are responsible for 95% of dog bites.

Am I the only one who thinks his reaction is normal? When under threat in modern society we used to run, in medieval times and earlier: fight back. People react differently when under fear, I do approve this guy.

This guy has overreacted, yes, but when you are surprised AND on the nerves anyone may react excessively. You may be a good guy, but if you are being threatened, if you have weeks of bad sleeping, if somebody express of hate against you (maybe anonymous...) with no solutions, you may soon overreact to anything. He could be a former soldier in Irak, or a survivor of 9/11 attacks: Post-Traumatic Disorders can make you aggressive or depressed or both.

This vid was done at the "Jersey Shore" which is an amusement park/carnival type setting and the Scary Snowman is just one of many sidewalk acts along the boardwalk so this guy should not have been so surprised. His own kid did not even jump or act scared.
