Some times you can tell just from the accent that this is one of a rare kind , a polite , descent , relaxed police officer. The shit they put up with some times and the bad picture the internet paints of them every time there's a riot and people throwing petrol bombs at them and then they moan when they beat some "peaceful" protester.
But thank god for cops like this one that go that extra mile and actually know what there doing !

Here they teach us in driving school, to stop the car at the far right side of the road(just touching the grass). This car was almost in the driving lane

I'll go you one better. If they didn't stop people for stupid shit like seat belts, and picking one car out of 1,000 going 10 miles over the limit, she wouldn't have been sitting there in the first place. I am all for law enforcement of real crimes and gross violations like driving drunk or crazy fast like 100 MPH, but often times they cause more harm than good.

It detects if alcohol is present in the car (in air) from a remote location and they can stop you based on that , rather than stop every car at random or as much as they can , as sometimes if its busy a few drink drivers still get waved on, this device would make it a lot faster and more fair!

#13 That is a great invention..but is it real for real? That sounds so unbelievable..how should a laser from some distance determ if i had a few beer before when i pass it at allowed speed? Here like 1-2 beers are allowed to drive (0.5 Promille is the maximum). How should it "smell" the alc in the car when you maybe also smoke a cigg in the car. Or when you are the driver sober to take 3 of your drunk friends home?
I dont think its fake or impossible..but that looks really kinda unbelievable (for now).

she is pissed off that her car was ridden of because of some PERSON pulling her up to give her a fine for not indicating or something as stupid as going 2 miles over the speed limit now she has no car and no way to go to work will lose her job her house her freedom

#14, it works as an air chemical spectrum analyzer - if there is an alcohol in the air it will modify the reflected laser signal in some detectable way (spike above "alcohol" sign on the graph) meaning that you will get false positives when there's alcohol from any other source (drunk fellow passenger, screen washer liquid, ....) and false negatives when driving with open windows...
