Welcome to the civilized world! Thous 3rd world counties have it all mixed up.. being poor and still kind to each other, even though they have nothing. We got it right... being rich and complete bastards, is the way to go.
PS : I'm not talking about America, this happens in every "developed" part of the world.

#6 It doesn't happen in Japan! Even after the tsunami there was no looting. And they waited patiently in line for food, no shoving or fighting! The Japanese have the right attitude when it comes to being civilised. Seniors are respected and revered.

#12 On the positive side, he didn't get a ticket either. I think it was very cool that the officer did not issue the driver a ticket.

#13. I think the policeofficer was to nice. Here we do not discus tickets. you get one, and shut up or they take you to the police station.

98 mph in a 70 mph zone is instant reckless driving and almost always a trip to the hoosegow so this guy was lucky,but the cop,even mad about the excessive speed was out of line with his comments.

#15 he was doing nearly 100mph he is very lucky he only got a mouth full and no ticket ,if that was another country the cop would have violated him first then the others

#12 I think that cop was kind of nice considering the ignorance of the "germany boy" , He knew full well what the speed limit was and if your a guest in some one else's country you learn there road rules before you go driving around.
