It's in Slovenia, in Terme 3000 (Moravske toplice). I know that because I live 50 miles from there. Go watch the video on youtube and read the comments in case you don't believe me. They are speaking German because it's Germans testing the slide. They are the only ones in Europe that have a license for testing new built water slides, and they also built it.
