The tracks perpendicular to the tractor are from previous trips across the field from a spray rig during the growing season. Later applications break the plant when ran over, leaving a track. If you look at the video with 16 seconds remaining, you can see he or she exits the standing crop into the harvested area of the field. NOT "just a stubble fire."
