Very nice to have a pond in your back yard,but if they don't rig up a fountain or two in the pond to keep it aerated it is going to be scum city in the summer. :S

A pond is not "Stagnant water" for one... and if they put some bass in there and some catfish, mosquitos will not be a problem... Why do you think Golf courses do not have Swarms of mosquitos? .....They fucking stock their ponds with fish!
