#3 I have. About 25 years ago I was on a Air France 727 landing at Heathrow. I knew the layout from too much Flight Simulator, and could tell something wasn't right because I looked out of the window and could see the whole length of a runway stretching away from me. I was looking along the runway we were about to land on. Apart from a little swerve to the left when the rear wheels touched down, and a little bump when the nose wheel was down, there was nothing to suggest it was unusual.

I've been in rougher landings on perfectly calm days.
