Cops Return Shopping Carts In Hilarious Fashion

The average cost of a shopping car ranges from $85 - $250 a cart. So, one slow night back in May of 2013, two Slidell Police officers decided to help out a local business by bringing back their shopping
carts. The entire good deed was captured on a dash cam.
