#3 ...because people in need really care about how the vehicle saving them looks.
Having said that, the yellow Lego® cog (#2), the 2 blue paddles 0:27, and b&w stripes 0:47 is a start.

It's nice, but on a larger scale you would need a monster engine to make it work.

Quite interesting, beats the old concept of using a floating device underneath that cost a fortune to repair and maintain.

They would be useless for invasion if the beach is blocked by iron tripods.
