It's a bit of an impasse... One solution is you can consider anti-personnel(thx #5) as you consider bio/chemical weapons. So if someone produce/distribuite everyone should bomb the shit out of them.

#7 It's a game, not a sport for my perception. And yes, it takes years to get to the point that you find it fun. And you need lesson to play on the majority of courses. Those lesson aren't cheap. The gear too. Even if it's not that bad(i worked and played in a golf camp for years) as a game, usually the majority of people playing it are wannabe millionaire that in theyr life have nothing beside some money and a lot of work.

#12 We got some people in motorbike on our course... cost like 3 week of hard work to fix it and the damage was visible for a year or so.. don't know how much they charge but... a team of 10 people working for 2-3 weeks + materials and machine usage is not cheap!

I think you can just use some oil(so that the powder don't oxidate), transparent enought, and some iron nanopowder.. then you just buy some neodinium magnet. I'm not sure if every iron nanopowder is succetible to magnetism, but should be as long is 100% iron right?

correct me if i'm wrong but i think is because of the pressure made by the ice on the surface, the water under pressure by the surface need a lower temperature to stay in liquid state. If the surface broke the water go out and turn ice as it lower its pressure(since the temperature remain lower than the 0°C needed).
It happens me sometimes with the beers or some beverage pulled out from deep-freeze, i open them, some gas come out and..bang... ice -.-

i used to work in golf camp, i can see the use of this!
Everyone complained about our machines noises, but if they use that they should become deaf enought to be able to play while we cut the grass!
