The reason there are only black people is because it has been proven that their muscles contain more "fast" muscle fibres. There are two types, fast and for long runs, you can always increase the amount of fast muscles but to some certain point. Usain Bolt got that record becaus he is BIG!! Notice how tall he is so he also has longer legs and if he moves them fast enough then he can outrun every pygmies runners
