#12 has it spot on - it's fake. The reflection can be most clearly at about 0:10 - 0:15 and is totally out of sync with the dogs paw.

Features, add-ins, security, customizing, stability, ease of use - those are the factors that help people decide what browser to use. Firefox FTW.
